The Rock Steady Co offers two options for items returned up to 14 days from the order date:

1) Full refund to the original method of payment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

2) Store Credit. Should you choose store credit, you will receive an additional $5 to your credit!

We must have all returns in our possession within 14 days of the ORDER DATE to receive a refund. Any returns received after 14 days will be subject to store credit in the amount the item was purchased for.

**All items must be unworn with tags and in its original packaging

**Items that are NOT eligible for return are: damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume or other stains.

**If you have received defective or incorrect items (i.e. style, size, color) please contact us within 5 days of receiving and provide us with a photo of the defect or information of incorrect merchandise.

**Please allow us up 5-7 business days to process your return once it has been received. Once your refund or credit has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please be aware that some banks may process the refund slower than others. Store Credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, which will be emailed separately. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

**The Rock Steady Co reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.
